Contact 07791 507297 or info@ultimatepaving.com to discuss a project or ask about these details. ## Site visits and quotations Site visits and consultations are free. The business provides detailed fixed-price quotes, rather than estimates. A website enquiry is a request to discuss work, not a booking, contract acceptance or confirmation that work can start on a particular date. Confirm the scope, materials and project-specific agreement directly with Adam. ## Project scope and availability Website service descriptions explain the work offered; suitability and preparation depend on the property and site assessment. Appointment availability and any proposed programme are confirmed directly. No same-day guarantee, standard response time or emergency attendance promise is made. Any proposed changes to an agreed project should be discussed with Adam, including their effect on scope, price and timing. ## Payment arrangements Payments are staged during the project, with the final payment due on completion. The stages are discussed as part of your quote. No deposit percentage, cancellation charge or list of accepted payment methods has been supplied, so none is specified by this website. Ask for the arrangements applicable to your project before agreeing to work. ## Workmanship and manufacturer guarantees Work carries a five-year workmanship guarantee. The 42mm luxury artificial grass has a separate ten-year UV-stable manufacturer guarantee. Resin bound installations use Daltex systems exclusively and are SUDS compliant; a separate resin manufacturer guarantee has not been supplied. Ask Adam for the relevant guarantee terms, conditions and claim procedure before the project is agreed. A guarantee does not remove applicable statutory rights. ## Insurance and coverage The business has £5m public liability insurance. Local installation areas include Retford, Worksop, Doncaster, Rotherham, Mansfield, Bawtry, Tickhill, Gainsborough and Newark-on-Trent. Artificial grass can be supplied nationally, with installation offered locally. Confirm your address and requirements directly. ## Questions or concerns If you have a question about a quote or the work, contact Adam at info@ultimatepaving.com or 07791 507297 so that the details can be discussed. No formal complaint timetable or dispute-resolution scheme has been documented here. ## Confirm the full agreement before work starts This page summarises confirmed business information, not a complete project contract. Full contractual terms, cancellation rights, variations, guarantee conditions and any other legally required information must be supplied and confirmed for the individual agreement. Business and legal review are needed before publication; this website does not invent missing contractual rules. Your next step ## A better outdoor space starts with a conversation.
